Super Sports x Kidswear Collaborations

Mini Rodini and Tiny cottons are changing the face of kidswear with iconic sportswear collaborations. Puma and adidas have teamed up recently with two of our favourite kidswear brands creating super luxe sportswear for the playground. With the recent revival of the 1970s and 90s these lively collaborations are inspiring a new generation full of appreciation for iconic sports brands reminiscent of our own childhoods. Spring/summer 2017 also sees the launch of the Lacoste L.12.12 tennis shoe for kids. We love that these collections are dedicated to our Minis. Kids sportswear is growing up creating style icons of the future with a sense of permanent wardrobe keepsake.

The TC X Puma ‘Tribute’ range takes its inspiration from Paris in the 70s and features classic PUMA silhouettes refreshed with tinycottons’ playful graphics. The fresh spring coloured capsule heroes the classic court silhouette and the PUMA Basket. The capsule collection also features apparel, including the PUMA Classic Logo Tee and Classic Hoody, both of which have been treated with the tinycottons ‘Tribute’ graphic identity.

Mini Rodini have already launched two monochrome items, a track suit with the distinctive Rodini mouse print and a sneaker in the first of a yearlong global collaboration. A total number of five releases will be filled with limited edition pieces of iconic adidas Originals styles. All with print designed by Cassandra Rhodin, founder and creative director of Mini Rodini. All apparel in the collections is made out of 100 percent organic cotton and recycled polyester. The footwear is made out of partly recycled materials.

The PUMA x tinycottons capsule collection will be available in the tinycottons store in Barcelona and PUMA stores, and, and select kid’s stores globally from February 1, 2017.

Adidas Originals by Mini Rodini will be sold in Mini Rodini owned stores at Odengatan, Vallgatan and Skomakaregatan (not in the online store), in adidas Originals flagship stores worldwide and online store as well as selected retailers globally.
